We are proud to bring Ellen and Briana from Scorch Fitness in Asheville NC to host a Lagree Level 1 training with us!
They are Master Trainers for Lagree Fitness. They have completed seven level one certification courses.
Join them for their next certification course where you’ll learn how to become a teacher for the Lagree Fitness Method. Upon successful completion of the course, you’ll earn your official Lagree Level 1 Certification. What does this mean?! It means you are qualified to teach at any Lagree Fitness Studio in the US and worldwide. It also makes you eligible to further your Lagree education with Level 2 courses and beyond. You can also refresh your Level 1 knowledge with Briana and Ellen at a future training or at HQ for free at anytime!

Lagree Level 1 consists of one full weekend
December 6-8th
Friday 4pm-7pm
Saturday 9am-5pm
Sunday 9am-4pm

A: Yes!
The WRKT method encompasses what you would learn through various pilates certifications but takes it a step further and applies teachings beyond pilates that you can incorporate in your personal and professional life.
The WRKT Method Manual will be your comprehensive guide to mastering the art of Pilates. This manual is more than just a collection of exercises; it's a reflection of everything we stand for at The WRKT.
