    Key tips:

    1. Use one account, created under your primary location. You'll only see that location until you make a purchase.

    2. Book yourself into as many classes or waitlists as you want 3 weeks ahead. Manage bookings and cancel if needed in the 'bookings' section."

  • Once you've checked the app or website for our schedule, join the waitlist for any desired class. Remember to remove yourself if you can't make it, preventing fees and giving others a chance.

  • Your bookings, whether using a first class pass, single drop-in, or class package, all reflect the same way.

    For example, if you have 10 classes and join waitlists for 2, your app will show 8 available. As you get into 2 classes, it reduces to 6.
    Cancel within 8 hours, and the pass returns for another booking. If you have one pass and join a waitlist, it remains until you get in, showing none left until then.

  • Our cancellation window is 8 hours before class.
    After that it is a late cancel.

    Late cancel fee: $12.50

    No show fee: $25

    Why is this in place?

    To give those waiting an opportunity to get into class!

    ​"I got into class 5 minutes before it started. Am I still going to be charged a no show or late cancel?"

    Yes! If you are not WAITING to get into class please take yourself off of the waitlist and allow another client the opportunity!

    ​What if something came up last minute?

    In this case it would still be a $12.50 late cancel fee.

  • NEW CLIENTS: To ensure the safety of our clients, arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins. We require that all new clients receive a proper introduction to the instructor and equipment.
    For your safety and the experience of all clients, new clients will not be permitted to join class after 5 minutes into the workout.

    ​EXISTING CLIENTS: Arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class. However, we understand that life happens! Existing clients can enter up to 5 minutes after the start of class.
    If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the start time, you will not be allowed entry for your safety and the experience of all clients.
    In the case that you arrive late for class, please know that your spot may be given to a walk-in or waitlisted client 5 minutes into class.

  • Leggings and a workout shirt!
    If you're taking balanced bring tennis shoes because you will also be doing cardio.

    ​Grip socks are required at The WRKT. We like to keep things as clean and safe as possible!
    Don't have grip socks? Don't sweat it, we have some for you.

  • YES!!! One of the best things about Mega & tower, and reformer pilates? It's for EVERYONE. We have clients at every age and stage in life.

  • Yay, you've joined us for your first unlimited month! What's next?!

    Take as many classes as you want to during your first month! After that your membership will automatically continue into an unlimited membership.
    If you do not wish to continue no worries canceling is very easy! Read the next section.

  • Life happens… we understand, but we are sad to see you go!
    In the event that you need to pause your membership, the duration of the pause must be at least 3 weeks. Memberships purchased on a promotion, including but not limited to the first month for $100/ $55, are not eligible to be paused.
