What to expect…
Tower pilates is performed on a tower attached to a mat. The tower has different bars, springs, and other resistance apparatus. This method is closest to mat pilates and is not performed on a moving platform like that of a reformer or megaformer. The exercises will consist of leg and arm springs, abdominal work, lunges and squats, and various other movements working with the spring resistance.
