What to expect…
The Reformer uses a system of springs creating resistance. As you move the carriage through a series of movements, the springs create resistance, helping to strengthen and tone your muscles. You will go through a series of exercises, each will require focused breath-work which will engage your core through every exercise you do while on the reformer.
