Important facts:
The WRKT Method™ consists of two separate modules - each on Friday from 3-7pm and Saturday from 8am - 4pm.
Module 1: A Strong Foundation from January 3rd-4th
Module 2: Becoming An Excellent Instructor & The Anatomy of The Body from January 10th - 11th
Investment: $500 per weekend, paid two weeks before each module ($1,000 total)
The Training includes The WRKT Method™ materials and WRKT Method™ branded Boat Bag
Please Note: By applying you are not assured a spot in the training. The WRKT team will review your application & ask you in for an interview if we feel you would be a great match for our studio. The review process may take up to 2 weeks.

Q: Is the WRKT Method Training with the Reformer?
A: Yes!
The WRKT method encompasses what you would learn through various pilates certifications but takes it a step further and applies teachings beyond pilates that you can incorporate in your personal and professional life.
The WRKT Method Manual will be your comprehensive guide to mastering the art of Pilates. This manual is more than just a collection of exercises; it's a reflection of everything we stand for at The WRKT.
Breathing, Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Balanced Muscle Development, Rhythm/Flow, Whole Body Movements, and Relaxation – these are not just principles we teach; they are the foundation of our philosophy. We believe that every movement, every breath, and every moment in pilates is an opportunity to connect with our bodies, strengthen our minds, and find balance and harmony within ourselves.
