Rachel Zima

Rachel has a love for health and fitness and finding new ways to move her body. After graduating from the University of North Carolina and Wilmington and working at an advertising agency in Raleigh, NC, she found herself craving her after-work yoga sessions at a nearby studio and ended up getting her RYT 200 Certification for Alignment Based Core Vinyasa. A few years later, she found herself in Chattanooga, TN missing the fitness community and stumbled upon pilates. She has been obsessed ever since and loves helping clients fall in love with strengthening their bodies in a loving and supportive community!
